'If It's Football, It's Vital'

More away day blues

City went one down mid way through the first half to a well taken goal by Scunthorpe's Gary Hooper.

A much better second half team performance saw the Sky Blues create a number of clear chances but none of which they could convert.

League leaders Newcastle United visit the Ricoh on Wednesday evening.

A result and a performance to make a chairman nervous, especially with January just around the corner.

Coleman is under pressure and he knows it judging by his demeanour on the bench. It's not his fault that Best didn't pass to Morrison or that Madine missed his chances BUT there was nothing in the performance to suggest we are making progress

He looked like a man who knows the end is nigh. Calling the players 'selfish' may well be true but it looks like a last attempt to get something out of them.

it was another disappointing team performance. There was no buzz about the play just as at Derby and although CC carries the can the players have to look at themselves-if they can be bothered.
