Sky Blues look for another FA Cup boost

The 3rd Round draw for the FA Cup remains one of the highlights of the season and Coventry City will be hoping for one of two things when the balls are drawn this Sunday.

Firstly, a winnable tie to kick-start another cup run like last season when the Sky Blues eased through against Kidderminster and edged nervously past Torquay to set up the excitement of games against Blackburn and Chelsea while at the same time enjoying their best form of the campaign in the Championship.

With promotion already looking out of reach, something similar would do very nicely.

Secondly, a home clash against one of the Premier League's top teams, would guarantee a big crowd and possibly TV coverage at the Ricoh Arena.

The chances of getting further in the competition are reduced of course but there's always the possiblity of an upset to give the fans some warm memories to get them through the cold winter months!
