Table-topping Baggies eye Ricoh improvement

West Bromwich Albion come to the Ricoh Arena on Saturday as Championship leaders despite having lost three of their last five games, a sign of how close the division has been so far this season.

Swansea City came away from The Hawthorns with three points on Tuesday, leaving Baggies number two Eddie Newton frustrated at their second-half winner.

'We've got a young squad and there is some naive play sometimes - where you've got the cuter older professional, we haven't got that kind of player,' he said.

'These are the parts of the game we need to develop as a young squad.'
