Sky Blues set for striker loan deal

Coventry City have maintained their deadline day interest in striker David Healy and reports on Monday suggest he will join this week on loan from Sunderland.

The 30 year-old brings to the table a consistent record of goal scoring in the Championship and hopefully the hunger to re-ignite a career that has stalled in the Premier League over the past couple of seasons and also waned at international level where the Northern Ireland legend has been out of form in the crucial recent games for Nigel Worthington's side.

It's not really a question of dropping someone, just having another option given that Eastwood looks like a spent force and being able to rest Morrison/Best a bit
