'We should have done better'

'We should have done better'

said Coventry City manager Chris Coleman after the Sky Blues disappointing defeat in the North West at Preston.

'Overall in the 90 minutes we created the better chances.

'We are better than that defensively, I think that we were tired from our game on Tuesday, we were affected by that, unfortunately.

'We gifted Preston 2 goals, gave them away and they don't need to be given any presents' he said.

Once again City come up short after winning against a very good Sheffield United side on Tuesday evening they are unable to take the next step and maintain consistency which has been their achilles heel over the last few seasons, this time with a place in the top six beckoning.
