City blown away

City blown away

Another very poor performance from the Sky Blues resulted in Blackpool cruising to victory by 3 goals to nil.

Although the wind was at times near gale force nothing must be taken away from the Tangerines who wanted the result much more than a lacklustre Coventry City

Blackpool led at half-time through a Charlie Adam penalty and consolidated their dominance with two close range efforts and ran out worthy winners.

The Sky Blues now have the international break to get the season back on track after three poor performances at Doncaster and Blackpool and last week at the Ricoh against Swansea City.
