Terriers next

Coventry City step up their pre-season preparation once again on Saturday, making the trip to the Galpherm Stadium to face a Huddersfield Town side intent on mounting a League One promotion challenge this season.

Manager Lee Clarke has been busy in the transfer market this summer and former City favourite Robbie Simpson and ex Sky Blue loanee Peter Clarke are likely to feature this weekend.

The Terriers were involved in a fiery encounter with Newcastle United on Tuesday night and are likely to see the City game as another test of their credentials.

Chris Coleman will have been pleased with his side's fitness levels through out pre-season to date, working as he is with a relatively small squad.

The latest name in the frame of a move to CV 6 is international striker Iico Naumoski according to reports in Scotland where the target man has been linked with Hearts.
