An injury has ended Jordan Henderson's successful loan spell with Coventry City and the 18-year-old winger has returned to Sunderland for treatment.

Henderson gained some vital first-team action in big games for the Sky Blues and must surely be a contender for a long-term loan move to the Ricoh Arena next season if the Black Cats stay in the top-flight.
