'If It's Football, It's Vital'

City stars kept on their toes

Chris Coleman has responded to two poor performances from his Coventry City side with a threat that anyone not performing in training this week will not face leaders Wolves on Saturday.

The Ricoh Arena boss has more options at his disposal now but said: 'It seems the more bodies we get back and the thicker the squad gets, our performances are dipping - and that's not right. I'm not having that.

'So I've told the players I won't pick the team against Wolves until the day of the game on Saturday. I'm seeing who is ready for it in training this week.

'Forget what they have done in the past, we'd lost one in 10 but now we have lost two on the bounce - they're the statistics. So who's got the hunger and who wants to play? It's about who's got enough belief and desire.'

Freddy Eastwood has been out of form in recent weeks but will be hoping to net against his former club and is a 5/2 chance to score at anytime.
