Sky Blues wait for 'next' transfer window

Sky Blues wait for 'next' transfer window

The hype surrounding transfer deadline day always feels slightly false for Championship clubs, who have to wait only a week before being able to add to their squads when the loan window re-opens for business.

Having made the permanent signings of David Bell and James McPake as well as two loan captures, the Sky Blues could well be in for another player when able to do so next week.

Further loan departures are also likely as Chris Coleman continues to trim down his squad, with Dimi Konstantopoulos possibly set to stay at Swansea for the rest of the season.
