The transfer window opens in 18 days and Vital Coventry is bringing you a new rumour everyday concerning Sky Blues past and present or potential new signings.
14th December: A year on from Nottingham Forest's dogged pursuit of Leon Best, the Championship strugglers are once again being linked with a move to bring the striker back to his home city.
Best has been given plenty of chances by Chris Coleman but remain an infuriating figure at times, and a player that few fans would miss.
Especially, if The Mirror is to be believed and City recoup £500,000 plus Nathan Tyson as part of any January deal.
Tyson, a free agent next summer, has a healthy scoring record in his career to date although he has netted only twice this season.
