Kyle: £100K fee sidelined me
Kevin Kyle has said that the prospect of Coventry City having to pay a further sum to Sunderland has been the main reason he has not featured in the first team this season.
After completing his loan move to Hartlepool, he told his new club's official website: 'I've just found out that I've played 47 games for Coventry and if I play 50 then they have to pay Sunderland another £100,000.
'I think that's the main reason I've not been playing although other people may tell you different.'
