Dowie back in the game as QPR boss

Iain Dowie, sacked by Coventry City earlier in the year is poised to hop back on the managerial merry-go-round this week after reportedly agreeing a two-year deal to boss QPR.

Dowie will replace Luigi De Canio at the club where he had a short spell as caretaker manager in 1998.

But will he? It's all hearsay at the moment, I'd imagine he's been interviewed, but he will be amongst many to have that honour i'd imagine. But make no mistake about it, this is in NO way a done deal.
