Centre-half Robert Page, released by Coventry City in January and who has been playing for Huddersfield since then, has agreed a move to Chesterfield for next season.

Stephen Warnock, the former Sky Blues loan star has cemented his position as a Premier League regular by signing a new contract with Blackburn Rovers that ties him to the Ewood Park club until 2012.

Stern John was Southampton's hero with two goals as their win over Sheffield United kept them in the Championship. Dele Adebola and John Eustace will be playing in the play-offs for Bristol City and Watford respectively.
