2.5m to land Schmeichel

Kasper Schmeichel is keen to leave Manchester City in the summer according to the News of the World.

The Danish Under-21 international has been mightily impressive during his loan spell at Coventry and seems to be enjoying being a key figure.

A 2.5m buy-out clause is reportedly contained in his contract and a host of clubs are likely to be interested in doing a deal.
