Coleman poised for Coventry job

Sky Sports News is reporting that Chris Coleman is on the verge of taking over the vacant managerial position at the Ricoh Arena.

Coleman has been out of work since parting company with Real Sociedad in January after differences with their newly installed President, but the reports from Sky Sports News are saying that he has agreed in principle to take over from Iain Dowie, who was sacked last week.

Chairman Ray Ranson is believed to want a more modern approach at Coventry, and Coleman is looking like the man he will turn to.
