Houchen on Dowie

Coventry City hero Keith Houchen was not too surprised by Iain Dowie's sacking on Monday.

He told The Mirror: 'Going into League One would be a disaster.

'You can't go losing that many games.

'It would be lovely to see some continuity at Coventry though because changing the manager so often is no way to get success.'

No surprise on him getting the sack but still shocked that he did. Only 16 months in the job is no time at all, but all managers should now know 5 defeats in six games is not good and should expect the worst.
will it ever happen
